need help in sonic

oK 2 things.
ime doing some of the tutorials in lost prologue and i cant do 2 of them.
1 of them is the 1 with the mini turbo, it sais push the remote forward when the timer is at 1 and it doesnt work, is the something ime doing wrong?

and 2 , it sais to do a back step im 1 of the tutorials, so i move backwards then i press 2.... AND IT DOESNT WORK, lol he just does a small jump and slides forwad!!!!!!???????


EDIT: MY BAD.. i understand that i have to customise my skill ring or whatever. ok sorry for this thread

i got it on sunday and am at the evil factory place or somthing, i think its really good!!!!!! o yer and you dont have to do every mission i dont think in that part!
