If you look at the site where they're selling it, they're selling some other interesting stuff which definitely makes it look like they're capable of making one.

exactly.. the only cool thing that i've ever heard about mod chips is being able to put Linux on them but that's it.. everything else is stupid.

I want one that plays import games and thats it. But hopefully there will be some CD to do that so I dont screw the Wii up

Consoles are getting too expensive to take this risk.Will this **** up the online, when i got my XBox modded i couldnt use XBox live anymore.

that's why you turn the chip off, or get one that can turn off or go into stealth mode

yeh i wouldnt want to mod my wii. well unless there was a cd floating about then id have a looksie lol but no way would i get a mod chip..
