sweet. i loved the colorful toyland theme in the second video. i have a question, though: what's the difference between the colorful gems (i don't know what they are, so i'm callign them gems) and coins? i noticed mario got an extra life after collecting so many of the gems (as is what coins typically do). what's the difference?
In Galaxy, coins are only helpful for restoring health, nothing more. Those gems are called star shards which you or player two can use to shoot at stuff. Also, if you collect 100 of them you get an extra life.
