yea i have that problem too before i got my black one i had a baby blue one and i riped it trying to take it off to put batteries in it.

the exact thing happened to me. i thought i could live without em but the next time i went to gamestop i had to pick another one up lol

After you use them it feels so weird without one. Its like you have to have it on, thats why i didn't want to take it off after i got the wii jackets cause then my nunchuck was going to feel naked. lol

I bought the intec rechargable battery packs when I got my wii. Id recommend a recharger to everyone. The charge doesnt last that long (a few hours) but its better than spending $$$ for AAs. And when your home late playing your fave game and you run out of batteries youll thank yourself for buying them. What other chargers does anyone have? How well do yours work?
