I recently purchased my first Wii. I had to hook it up to an A/V switch so that I could use both my DVD player and Wii Console. I am able to get picture from the Wii console to the TV but there is no sound coming from my TV for the Wii. When I switch my TV from HDMI (cable) to AUX the sound from the cable still comes through causing me to mute the TV and use the surround from the DVD player. There is no way for me to use the surround sound from my DVD player for my Wii (cheap DVD/surround system only one set of RCA ports) and my TV only has two sets of RCA ports, one of which is the sound from the cable box to the TV and the other is hooked up to the A/V switch. Can someone help me with this? Am I missing something?
