You need to click the Manage Attachments button. From there, click one of the Browse buttons and find the file and select it. Then click Upload next to that file and wait for it to upload. Once uploaded, click the little button that looks like a paper clip and a little menu will pop up with the picture's name and you click that. To see if it worked, click the Preview Post button.

Hope that helped. If it didn't, I'll try to simplify my instructions.
