Part Of Television Screen Gets Cut Off

When I play it on my 9 inch flat screen it looks perfect, and I have a 42 inch flat screen in my living room but I don't really trust it in a spot where my brother can reach. I think I am going to use the 9 inch but it had stuck pixels I am working on trying to fix.

Any T.V. That isn't flat will have a tube, ever wondered why a lot of T.V. Sets are so fat, because there is a huge tube in there.
