I've just recently bought a component cable for my Nintendo Wii. It works absolutely fine, picture is displayed well on the TV, except when I plug in any USB device to either of the two USB ports on the back of the Wii. In this situation, the picture is displayed for a second or so, then goes off for a few seconds, then comes back on. It repeats this "on/off" until I remove the USB device. Has anybody seen this kind of problem before - I'm not using an "official" component cable, so am wondering if it's just because I have a cheap cable. Anybody have any thoughts?
