Problems with the photo channel

    I cant watch any videos on my wii even when I encoded them to .mov file type!!! whats going on?

    Videos and photos are two different things. And .mov is a quicktime format...the wii doesn't have quicktime.

    You CAN play some videos through the Photo channel.

    You need to have a compatible video format though.

    You can use software to create the movies..... I'm not sure what its called...

    Wiivideo9_Installer.exe is the file I used... so look up Wii Video 9 in google or something... that will convert most any video into a Wii compatible format....

    Thank everyone for your help, but then wich format does the wii uses, in the instruction booklet says is the .mov file type im kinda confused
