Has Anyone been able to play movie with the Photoshop 1.1 "upgrade"?

I was just wondering if anyone else was having extreme difficulty playing movies in the new photo channel v.1.1? I have downloaded a mp3 to AAC converter and have converted my files to AAC files but when I go to the Photo channel all I see is a question mark over my file and it says {'name of movie'.mov is not supported). I was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if so what conversion program can I get to fix this problem. Thanks

call nintendo tech support and ask them the proper file format that you need to use with the update.
