Purchased Used Wii, looks like games in memory

Hi all, I just went in to set up the wireless connection and then to save data and there are about 16 games. Are those the games and if so how do I play them, or are they just things they played and saved and I can't actually get the whole game? There is no storage card, I check that. TIA

you have to buy the game... then when you try to play them you will continue from where the other person left off..

those are game save files, not the actual game
