Raving Rabids - Soccer Help

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or should be looking for something on the screen but I can't seem to aim the flying rabbit after I kick the crap out of him. The rabbit always ends up in the center of the net and if I'm lucky, the goalie won't be there. Can anyone help

If the rabbit only goes to the center, it sounds like you're not pointing your wiimote at the tv after the kick...
