staying connected problem

hope some-one can help...i have recently got my wii online wirelessly using a wifimax dongle.(i know...i've heard they're pretty useless.) but i have managed to get it up and running.the only problem i have is that it only stays online about 5 minutes then says i can't connect.the only way i have found is to run upstairs and restart my pc.has anyone got any idea what could cause this ?

If you've heard they're useless, why still get one? You have heard right, they are absolutely useless, take it back before it's too late and get an official one, they don't have any problems atall, I never have any problems with myne. Seriously "buy cheap, Buy twice" Just get an official one and you should have no problems!
