Tiny Pixl Guy?

There are starting to become small doors and stuff that only a small mario could fit through. I remember someone talking about going in 3D to find this special pixl to make you small? What chapter do I need him by.. and is he in town or in one of the chapters?

yeah, once you do, you can go a lot more places in flipside/flopside, but it occurs naturally through the game, so don't worry about it.
