Trauma Center:second Opinion Help

I'm on the level with the last form of GUILT, the professor's operation (I believe it's chapter 5-9.). I do well but get stuck on the part where the GUILT starts cutting the person a lot and you're in Healing Touch Mode. I have tried everything: the laser, scalpel, injecting the dark green stuff. The laser and scalpel do nothing. I try to hit the GUILT with the dark green stuff and the screen keeps saying "miss" even though I'm hitting it. So apparently that's not the way to go. Finally, I tried suturing all of the wounds and waiting to see if anything happened, and it didn't. It's completely frustrating. So, if anyone knows how to help, please do. I would greatly appreciate it. :crazy:

you use the ultra sound to find the gult when u see it use the scalpel to cut the area where the gult is and then use the laser on the gult to kill it
