Ultimate Alliance or Madden

I picked up a copy of Billy and Mandy (kids game) for really cheap on ebay and going to take it back and get something better. I am trying to decide between Ulitmate Alliance and Madden. I think UA will be fun to play with my daughter since she likes X-men, but I am a huge football fan and Madden looks great. Anyone played either one of these?!?

I have both and both are great. If I had to choose just one it would be Madden.
