Urgent help! black screen! at a lan and can't play wii! :(:(

Hey Guys,

We have an issue with our Wii.
I have three mates over and we wanted to have a few games etc. We've used it plenty before with no issues. This time however we press the power button on the Wii and the TV goes from the TV logo to a black screen; indicating that it does detect the Wii's input but the Wii isn't actually responding. We've tried a variety of different cable positions and made sure they are all plugged in etc etc so it does appear to be an internal Wii error. It doesn't matter if a cd is in the drive or not; likewise, the controllers aren't being detected.

We were thinking it might be good if there was a reset function or delete memory function the Wii so we could try that, but ANY advice you guys can give will be much appreciated!!

Call usually call the Nintendo Company, usually its in the black and white book you get in the box, or if you have any other Nintendo hardware that has the black and white book. I hope if you're wii is broken i hope you get a new one from the company D:!!
