I just downloaded bunch of stuff from wii shopping channel and it says how many blocks i have and how many will there be after downloading.

I was wondering what blocks mean.
Are they like Megabyte, Gigabyte and stuff?

is it possible to check how many blocks i have currently or expand it?

Yes. Blocks are basically memory. It's beenused since Memory cards. The way to expand them is to buy yourself an SD card, and start saving stuff onto that.

Not sure how many MB to a block. You can check them by going into Wii menu>Memory

Yeah it is memory, like it was used on the GC memory cards. Instead of letting you know how much space you have left (in bytes) they use "blocks"
