What type of GC controller should I get?

I've searched the forum but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for.

1) I want to know what type of GC controller I need. - I heard there were different types, nintendo, something called wavebird and other brands. Can some1 tell me what works w/ their Wii.

2) Also, I have 1 actual GC game, and I'm going dl a few for the VC. Do I need a memory card.

1) Buy a Nintendo brand GC controller. Wavebirds are Nintendo brand wireless GC controllers.
2) You'll need a memory card for GC games, not VC games.

Any GC controllers will do, they're all the same.
BTW, you cant download GC games through VC.

wavebird or if you cant drop 35 then i would go with the pelican for about 20

Buy a gamecube to PS2 adapter and use your PS2 controllers,,, specifically I recommend the Logitech Wireless PS2 controller.

Never liked the real GC controllers including the fat ass otherwise known as wavebird.
