Why is TMNT for NES on the VC

I liked the game up until the swimming level with the electro walls and disarming the bombs. The hours of frustration I remember from that level will make it so I will not pay money to have that game.

Hehe. I remember my cousin had it and I could never get passed that level, so I gave it to her and she'd do it for me.

Years later, I tried it again and it seemed so much simpler...

...Probably because I didn't suck at computer games anymore...

I didn't get a chance to play the original, but I played TMNT II as a kid, and I enjoyed it

lol i still have the original cart.. this game wasnt too bad the water level was a pain though! but the music in this game rocked

What probably made TMNT 1 so awful was TMNT 2, and every turtle game past it until Turtles in Time was 100x better. If you played the first one, then part two came out at the arcades. You would literally go back and bash in the first one with a hammer. 2 through Turtles in Time were dramatically better games. It's sad to see Ubisoft rape the series with their recent installment (One of the super moves is farting).
