Hi,
here is my question:

If i buy wii on Australia is it compatible with USA televisions and if i buy the USA games of wii can i play them on my australian wii??

but can i still buy games and use it with the wii that i would be buing on USA?
 
I think so yes. As far as i am aware the only games which are not compatible with the rest of the worlds are the jap ones. I might be wrong on that though!

But I would not be too sure about what the previous person said. Do you have experience on this ?
Are there any area-coded Wii-games ?

There is no sign of this on the games that I own, though.
 
Yeah, I jut realized that the game-covers tell you if the game is for PAL or NTSC.

So maby you can byu games from foreign netstores, if they have NTSC.

But if you buy a PAL Wii-console it can only use European (and Australian) games, not US games.

Did I get this right ?

I know theres a definite no for US/ EURO users buying from each other when their console didn't come from there, I don't think AUS games are made specific though, they may just be North American/ EURO imports.
