Good team. Make sure you get those teleporter goals with Dry Bones. He should be your top goal scorer.

Captain: Bowser (Power)
Wingers: Koopa (Balanced)...or...Boo (Playmaker), & Hammer Bro(Offensive)
Defense: Dry Bones (Defensive)

I'm also pretty good with other Captains and sidekicks...my other 3 best teams are:
Captain: Yoshi (Balanced)
Wingers: Birdo (Power) & Toad (Playmaker)
Defense: Shy Guy (Balanced)

Captain: Diddy (Playmaker)
Wingers: Monty (Power) & Koopa (Balanced)
Defense: Shy Guy (Balanced)

Captain: Waluigi (Defensive)
Wingers: Monty (Power) & Shy Guy (Balanced)
Defense: Koopa (Balanced) ...or... Dry Bones (Defensive)

I'm also getting pretty used to Luigi, and Petey.

I try to become excellent with all the Captains. That way I will have very few, if any, weaknesses when I'm approached by another person online.
I think it's a good, smart strategy!

Welcome to the game and the forum.
Your first team is not so bad, but even though Dry Bones is "Defensive" his best place in in the wings, where he really shines. I would switch Boo into the Defenseman position, because he's able to shake your opponent's wingers better with his speed and jukes, and his high passer rating means he can get the ball from your goalie and setup good offenses.

As for your Daisy team, well, my own favorite team is C: Daisy, W1:Boo, W2: Bones, D: Boo.
Online can be pretty hard sometimes, try not to get discouraged.

After re-reading this thread I went back and switched my Boo and Dry Bones, and figured out (a little bit) how to teleport goal with Dry Bones, and I think this set up is a lot better....

I'm not exactly sure on the math of this, but when I use those teams, I'd say about 80% of my online matches are victories.
I usually end up winning. My score is often anywhere from 4 to 10 goals, and my opponents score is almost always 0 goals:lol:.

Some people mightn't believe that, but it's true!
