ughhhhhhh no not that I can think of, the killer 7 you get on the island and you get a cool vest that reduces damage and thats about it, you have not beat the game before??

ohh I just used the thermal scope and shot them, I don't know if you can slash them, when I go near them when they are on the ground they just bite me so I try to avoid that.
