Also you made your first mistake using the blacktail and not the re9 you are obviously low on ammo because you should have been popping heads off with the red9...

My method Shoot head kick, slash on ground, probally why I have over 75 handgun bullets now...

Was thinking about going back a couple of load slots and replaying as like you, I took down the blind creature but not with a grenade. Let me know what you do won't you.
Wario, was it you that said a while ago that Umbrella Chronicles is going to be different, will be a rail game, scuse my ignorance but what is a rail game? Have a feeling I'm gonna look a total prat for asking that question:O

I'll try out your kill method . Btw, I never got the red9, I just went from handgun->Punisher->blacktail.

I think I need to replay the sword rooms portion of the castle (where you swap swords). There's probably a better way to get rid of the crazies there.

a rail game is when the computer moves you around, all u have to do is shoot.

Thanks Chips, don't think I've come across any those, how do you think they compare. Posted a reply to you the other day but it doesn't seem to have made it to boards, you said I would be able to make a sig using photo shop. Is it difficult, bearing in mind I'm not brilliant at using it!!!
As far as ammo for this game is concerned, think I'm gonna have to go back and replay some, I made the same mistake and went for the blacktail and you obviously think the Red9 is better. Think I also fell into trap of shooting when I should have been slashing!!!

yeah, i usually make sigs for noobs, seeing as i'm not too brilliant at it either.
as for conserving ammo, i'd shoot for the legs w/ your shotgun, and slash away.
i have never had to do that though, because i cycle through my weapons. eventually you find ammo, whether it be from the bodies, or in crates and such. if you are empty on a certain weapon, you can always upgrade the capacity and get a full clip.

as for the red9, i feel it is the best of the 9mm's, i can take out a head in one to two shots!

Red9 has 6.5 firepower when fully upgraded

Walk up the stairs as soon as you see the cut scene do a 180 throw a grenade or fire grenade, go to the right side taking out the guys coming at you stay on the right corner wall and be aware of the guys to left, especially the one that has a parasite move from corner to corner making sure ashley is behind you, if it is a single enemy shoot head kick and slash if you can, if you get a crowd around you pull out the shotgun after you have finished all the reg dudes, leave ashely upstairs and go for the red coat guy blow of his head and take out the parasite with a well placed rifle shot.

and for the love of god people use the red9 it is so bad ass looking why wouldnt you want to use it :lol:

yea......sucks i didn't get the red9 for pro =[, im using the punisher for pro

you can still sell the punisher though.

yea but, its pretty much fully upgraded just need the exclusive and, if i sell it it won't get me enough to fully upgrade a red 9 so i decided to keep it

well..of course you wont have enough to fully upgrade the red9, but hey, if you get the exclusive, thats cool too, cuz u can shoot throught 6 ppl!

So I'm on the last chapter of this awesome game, and looking forward to what to do next... should I go for mercenaries to get the handcannon? I want to do this if I can upgrade to exclusive from the first merchant, can I? Or should I just go for the chicago typewriter? To those who have used both, which is more fun?
