The last few times beating re4 on wii , my newest strategy has been to upgrade the regular rifle all the way and not buy the sexier semi-auto version. Reason being the regular rifle has 12 more firepower (a whopping 30 overall) than the semiauto when fully upgraged, making it the 2nd most powerful non-super weapon. This strategy works espeacially well when facing regenerators because with the fully upgraded regular rifle it only takes about 7 shot to kill them , so I just sell the space consuming infared scope for a nice profit and dispose of the regenerator with my regular rifle in 7 shots. If your good with a rifle then try this strategy out its pretty cool. The load times are a *****, but 30 firepower is pretty devastating.

use at grenades on the grenados, while doing that ur also distracting them, make sure u throw it near a wall, so that they get stuck, then shoot them in the back.there are two bells in there too

Well What i did was once i entered the room i killed the 2 "normal" guys near the wolverines, then i stayed down on the first floor by the door and walked around the pillers shooting them in the back with the semi auto, and it only took about 3 shots each

run around in circles, aim for the bells so they get distracted and get their claws stuck on the wall, and shoot like crazy
