His Final could have been summoning the other three who would run around attacking the other players for like 30-45 seconds. However long the transformation smashes last.

Also, Ninja Turtles (while yes, not a nintendo property) are an old-school nintendo standard. I still remember that second level, swimming under the dam looking for the time bombs.
