At our New Years Eve buffets we generally have a buffet whilst watching a film before and after the ringing of the New Year.

Cheese and biscuits are a part of the buffet of course.

One year we decided to try cheddar and Apricot due to it being reduced in the store.

It has now become a favourite along with applewood and a few others.
