Component Cables + Audio + Aspect Ratio questions

I just bought some pricey 100 dollar component cables from Ebay. How do I get my volume working on comp cables that only have 3 cables as opposed to the usual 5 cables...the last two being the red and white for audio? They don't have any so I'm playing a sharp picture with no audio.

Second question: How do I stop the games I play on my HDTV from being 16:9 widescreen...? it's being stretched and isn't proportional to it's original format right? Where do I turn this off D:

1. You would need those red+white audio cables to be able to play sound.

2. I believe that you can go into the settings somewhere and change the format. Not exactly sure, maybe look up a tutorial.
