Well obviously my post isn't some kind of scientific fact, it's just my experience.

Btw, who did you say the average gamer is 33 in bold? I never said what the average age was, the other guy did, I was just explaining something lol

and yeah, JAVIER BARDEM!!!

im getting pretty tired of GTA honestly. Maybe if they didn't release so many of them it'd be ok. I'm going to buy GTA4 but it had better be as much of an improvement over 3 as number 3 was over 2.

Almost everything is changing from GTA:SA in terms of gameplay mechanics. Combat, how you jack cars, everything. Its going to be waaaaaaaay better than GTA:SA. Maybe not story wise because i enjoyed SAs story, but gameplay wise yes.

And I called your experience wrong.

If the average Wii owner is 29, I wouldn't be shocked.

Based on your experience, you've never seen someone 16-24 buy their own game.

I saw it happen 4 times today.

So I'd call that wrong.

For the Wii... and no it's not a joke, I have never seen anyone 16-24 buying themselves a Wii game. Just some parents who come in with their kids and the kid saying "I want [that] game"

And it doesn't matter if you saw a rush of 100+ people aged 21 come into the store to buy Wii games for themselves, that doesnt make MY experience wrong.

DOES IT? Please just answer that lol

Then again, you must live in Greenland.

There's nothing important in Greenland.

Therefore, your experience isn't important.

You know dood, when they say 29, they probably mean the people who buy it. Most 29 year olds buy it for their kids, not for themselves. 29 year olds have more important stuff like booze and porno.

Oh yeah, T3kNi9e, JAVIER BARDEM FTW
Huh? You're right, I bought my Wii for my kid, who was 6 months old at the time. In fact, I think I said I personally knew 15 people who were in their late-20s and early-30s who had the Wii. Out of those people, only one of them has a kid, and that person's kid was born last Monday.

I don't know about you, but I don't know very many people in their late-20s who have kids old enough to play video games.

There was a poll on GameSpot a while back, and out of 469 responses, 45% of people who responded were over 21. I personally think the age ranges in the poll were too large, since one of them was 10-21.

I'm only going to rely on the numbers from Nintendo though, since a poll on a forum has to rely on people actually being on the forum to begin with. I am assuming that Nintendo is basing their data on people who registered their Wii consoles, since it asks for your exact birthday.
