Actually With Paint(To keep it in proportion) Select It, And The Hold Ctrl And Click - To Size It Down.

It's a signature, not a family portrait. 130 pixels is within the norm.

Yeah so many other forums have higher limits.
This isn't a small forum here! The limits could be upped a bit in my opinion.
I had to edit the GIF image I'm using for my sig right now 4 times to actually make it qualify.
It's a nuisance, the 1 image per sig rule is also frustrating.
