Frantic? I'm not entirely sure what you mean. It has a really weird (but good) plot that I don't fully understand yet, and is really silly most of the time, but I don't know if I would call it "frantic". It's weird but it does have an actual story, and is serious sometimes.

Probably didn't help when I got randomly high for like twenty minutes while reading it. Still don't know what that was about.
