Here is my combination of manaphy, mew, celebi, and jirachi:

Getting Setsup
Go to start
Programs
accessories
then look for paint

Putting Pics on the paint

On the left you will see this tool bar
on the top right corner of the tool bar you will see a dotted rectangle
Click it
now look for a pic
Example:

right click copy image(not ctrl+C)
now go to paint and right click paste
the picture that you copied in.

also with the dooted rectangle you can cut out things...]
hold left and move the mouse around till you got whatever in your rectangle you want to cut
now right click cut

that about what you want to know so far if you want to make sprites...at least thats how i make them
