There isn't a sticker. But if you call them and tell them that the connector is broken it will be obvious you took it apart.

look, Nintendo Wont " Confiscate" your Wii that is ****ing retarded you bought it and its your property lol. If anything else, Since your Warranty is Void now Send them an email asking What Drive is used and if you can get one from somewhere. Also try finding a broken Wii somewhere.
As a final suggestion Just Solder the piece back in place. And if you dont know how go to a local computer store they might be able to fix you up ( unless you mean you actually broke the board on something. Im guessing you ripped it out where its soldered in place)
