Better forever? You'll eat those words in due time, good sir. ;) This utter n00b is gonna go from nobody to pro soon enough.

For a game to be focused on cosmetic items and not have it actually shown, it is dissapointing. Or maybe I'm missing something?

No, equipment to the characters never changes their appearance. Shame, ain't it? Not that it matters that much anywho. Speakin' of, Resonance of Fate had a pretty epic selection of clothin', even for a JRPG that dabbles in all that jazz.

The Rhodoks made their final push to capture the entirety of the Sarranid Sultanate. T'was the worst for last since the last campaign our marshal started just ended, leavin' me to besiege the castles by my bloody self. Even worse, all but one'a the castles required siege towers rather than ladders. ... They take eight times as long to build. ._.

Regardless of my impatience, all territories were captured, and durin' the final battle, I captured Sultan Hakim myself. A few weeks later, the Sarranid Sultanate was announced to be no more once all of the Sultan's lords abandoned 'em. Only an idiot would stay with a King without land, without income, and without power. The Sultanate now belongs to us... And the benefits of controllin' two countries' worth of lands is apparent. King Graveth has an army of 300+ strong at all times, and most-everyone else 120~. I'm shocked that no one has declared war on us to curb our overbearing power. Makes no difference to me though, I'll betray the Rhodoks in due time anyways.

Took all this war-less time to wander Calradia and equip my heroes with much better weaponry and armor... Except Jeremus, but it ain't like my medic is gonna be seein' battle anyways. Finally came across Rolf 'n the Nordic wench who has a dude-like name. My pockets were empty for a second after equippin' both of 'em with top tier everything straight from their bottom tier equipment they come with.

... I actually found some Lordly Plate Armor in Halmar, the best armor in the game. 'Course, since I spent all that cash upgradin' all my heroes, I couldn't afford it... T_T Nigh two years in-game on my other file, I couldn't even find the armor. When I finally do, I don't have a fraction of it's cost. T' give ya an idea of how expensive it was, t'was a hefty 123,000 denars. Ugh. My weekly income profit from owning four entire city-towns is roughly 30,000 denars (after tax inefficiency, cost of troosp, etc.). Not even Kings get that amount of funds weekly, and even though I'm the wealthiest man in all of Calradia, it's completely outta my budget range currently.

Now that my towns are safe since every surrounding fortress belongs to us, I can work on gettin' the proper funds to start a kingdom and leveling up my heroes. Speakin' of, one more level up and I can max out my intelligence, and it's not even day 250 yet. Took me 500 days to get that far previous.

Decided to have a laugh last night and went Spy and hung out with RED engies. Lasted a decent amount of time until the guy I was cloaked as decided to wrench me, now that I have a dead ringer, it's time to hang out with RED engi's some more. /useless spy

Hoping for an engi drop that isn't the Pomson.

I love doing that on some pub servers. Some engies don't even mind that you wander around as long as you don't try anything harmful. Curious as to why you don't like the Pomson. It's considered one of the most OP weapons in TF2, next to the Gunslinger and Wrangler.

After two entirely ignored cases of border incident provocation, King Graveth finally declared war on the Nords. Right on time, since Uxkhal is currently garrisoned with 150+ top tier troops, and another 50~ high level troops. They sure as **** ain't gonna take it any time soon so long as I join my army with said garrison if their marshal comes to take the town, army in tow.

Speakin' of besieging towns, I stole what was once a Swadian town; Praven; straight away from the Nords. 300 garrisoned men? Childs play for my 70~ man battalion of the Swadian Knight-Rhodok Sharpshooter combo. Unfortunately, before I even had the chance to split Uxkhal's garrison with Praven's, the marshal came running with every bloody Nord Jarl. An army of nigh a thousand was marchin' towards my army of 120. Yeah, no supreme combo of troops is gonna win that. For the first time in the entire game, I was forced to retreat and leave a fortress I just took without a garrison.

Doesn't matter though. I flanked three of the Jarls straggling from the main army. Alongside Praven's garrison they'l need to replace, their army is already down 300 or so troops. Half of my men were wounded at this point however (leaving me with mostly non-top tier units), so a full retreat was absolutely necessary for survival. Hiding in Uxkhal, once everyone heals up, I'll be on the offensive once more. Hopefully before they take one of our border castles.

Oh mah god!
Rhyme was a girl!

That was so unexpected.

Oh, and something about her "dying."Fat chance.

Spoiler isn't actually in the spoiler. lawl

Apparently taking control of towns guarded by a 0-man garrison has it's difficulties, so by the time my troops were mostly healed, Praven still wasn't taken. I decided to augment my army with the better units of Uxkhal's garrison temporarily (which is t' say, withdraw a shitton of Swadian Knights) and headed off to confront the Nordic army.

An epic battle of 120 vs. 570 began. After half of my troops endin' up injured or dead, all of theirs were outta commission. Quality vs. quantity, son. :D Nothin' destroys infantry, light or heavy, like some Knights. I just destroyed all of their immediate shock troops, which leaves the Rhodoks free to go on the offense. I've no interest in Nordic lands, so I'll probably continue to siege fortresses 'n towns for the Rhodoks. Not too many though. I wouldn't want to wipe out another faction just yet. I need the Rhodoks to be busy at war with EVERY front, otherwise I won't be able to sweep the Sarranid Sultanate territories from out under 'em with minimal contesting.

I don't have a problem with the Pomson but I've crafted one myself and then I got about 2 Pomson drops after crafting one. That and I want to try the Widowmaker

You can trade for it from someone else for a scrap. That's the price for most of TF2's standard weapons.

Just made it to Threed. Got some zombies and ghosts to take care of. Bout to make my way to Master Belch to do so.
