KH:3D is certainly fun thus far, not that I'm happy to see any sort'a partners that ain't Keyblade wielders joining into the fray. 'Least all that minigame rubbish 'n such is 100% unnecessary to level 'em, they level up just as any other partner would in previous games. They aren't as useful as main game partners (KH1/2) anyways, so combat is by no means beaten solely by relyin' on your partners or their limits.

Flowmotion is unexpectedly pretty damn nice and far superior to reaction commands in every way. It's not free damage, and it's not as simple 'n clean as pressin' a single button and watching mayhem unfold. Hopefully it won't turn out to be too good mid-game 'n further in though, since invincibility frames tend t' cause that. Damage scaling will likely prevent that from what I see so far; leveling up barely increases Flowmotion attack damage, which is good. A useful (and fun, parkour ftw) new game mechanic that isn't broken? I'll take it. Command Styles < Flowmotion.

Sadly, when ya thought Sora's voice acting couldn't get worse, it did. God damnit Haley, ya did great as Vanitas. Apparently he's better at bein' a villain than a goody two-shoes... Ah well. I play KH for the voice acting as much as I'll be replayin' Star Ocean 3 for it.

KH3D did not disappoint. 358/2 Days as a failure was a fluke, it seems... Ya would only **** up the game which details my favorite character's backstory, wouldn't ya Square? WOULDN'T YA?! :tableflip:

KH3D is quite literally to Kingdom Hearts as what Skyward Sword was to Zelda, IMO. Leaps forward in various areas, but certainly not revolutionary to the series. Also a possible disappointment to some since both games are essentially an "anniversary" game.

Thanks to Flowmotion givin' the player supreme mobility, level design had to be far superior than it'd ever been before; which is t' say, better than simple 'n bland. They certainly pulled through in that regard. Areas are larger, there's some actual environmental interaction and exploration. Speakin' of Flowmotion, the ability to trail blaze through areas you've already explored with ease is both fun and very handy when back tracking for post-game junk or any other reason. Flowmotion isn't overpowered just as I hoped, but it ain't underpowered either. The two basic Flowmotion attacks ya start with are useful if used right even in end-game.

They balanced all the moves 'n commands admirably as well. No more broken Surge moves. Signature moves weren't completely inferior to a select few overpowered commands. 90% of all two-slot commands are no longer inferior to one-slot commands. That was one of BBS' issues that irked me, and I'm glad t' see they fixed it without a hitch. ... Zero Graviza is completely ****in' broken on common enemies though, but oh well. Each of the games had one move that's too good.

3D is also the most difficult KH game so far, in terms of common enemies. Those bloody Skelterwilds 'n Tyrantos... Killed me more than every boss combined. ;_; The final bosses weren't complete pushovers either, just as BBS did properly. Ansem managed t' kill me quite a few times. And that was just Proud Mode. Gonna go right into Critical Mode now that it's unlocked, sure I'm gonna get my ass handed t' me quite a bit.

But as I said, 3D is akin to Skyward Sword. With progress came a step back or two in another area. The substance BBS brought to the table; y'know, story that's actually good; wasn't to be found since 3D is really just an interlude game in terms of the story covered. Not 'till the very end game is there anythin' interesting plot wise. While I couldn't give a flyin' **** 'bout Disney, the Disney worlds really weren't given justice either. Sora and Riku get even more blatantly thrust into the Disney stories than main characters in other games ever did before (well, except for the tragedy of 358/2 Days...). I'd imagine the extra lack of detail is due to memory restraints on a 3DS game.

Lastly, post-game content is seriously lackin'. KH has never had just a single secret boss (again, except for 358/2 Days). Boss rematches with their levels kicked up a notch whether your level is up there with 'em or not is nice, but it ain't like non-end game bosses are all-that interesting regardless. ... That's it. Aside from unlockin' the Secret Ending and completing the game 100% (which there isn't much to anyways), that's all beatin' the game unlocks. It did take me a solid 22~ hours t' get through the story, but it's still a tad underwhelming at what ya can do in the post-game.

Dis was fun review.

Been playing TF2 again, now up to 2 refined and 2 scrap, not sure if i'm going to spend it on anything once I start to get reclaimed metal but meh, the time will come to trade sooner or later.

The word "Monado" is uttered in Xenoblade's script 258 times, not including in-game battle quotes or text appearances.

Bloody shocked t' discover Flick Rush isn't the most appalling mini-game I'd ever have to grind through; in fact, I'm pleasantly surprised to discover it's actually fun. Best minigame in the KH series so far, not that previous minigames are at all a high denominator of comparison. Good t' see Squeenix hasn't completely forgotten the existence of Chain of Memories' combat system.

... Then again, I'm biased as hell since I've played various TCGs half my life.

Game up on Dragon Force 2, all the guides on the internet are no help for it due to hitting a brick wall progress wise

I'm loving the Pandora's Tower Bosses. It's a more challenging version of Zelda boss fights. That Shadow of the Colossus vibe is starting to worry me though.

Got a brain slug as a random drop in TF2. I love it.

So I got the Total War TF2 set and somehow it gave me another Genuine Foppish Physician and Genuine Distinguished Rouge
If anyone knows why or how this happened tell me please

It's something to do with Valve screwing up the distribution. Many others are having the same thing happen to them even if they don't have all the games.

I see
So I guess this the right time to buy a game.
Now I can trade them off for the Killer's Kabuto and the Samur-eye or other neat things
