The Post-Game Thread (now with moar games!)

I adore the Metroid Prime games. I miss my Trilogy disc so much. ;~;

Share with me your secrets, as I can't help but be less tolerant of Sora than a heartless.
I've just become more tolerant of the kid. Partially because I felt bad making fun of him in front of Sora fangirls. Sexism at work again.

Much as I love AC:III, I'm enjoyin' Revelations moreso. This is simply 'cause it actually works... well, that 'n I miss Escort and the maps. Said maps can be terribly unbalanced for Artifact Assault (Mt. St. is practically unwinnable on the high-side), but I prefer 'em anyways. Also, the Sentinel.

I've already mastered perfect knife-stuns. On my first try I got it on a sprinting pursuer lol. Difficult my ass. Mute might be ridiculously more reliable and much better suited to engaging multiple pursuers, but I don't care. Mute stuns are lame 'n easy. Knife stuns are fun and actually feel like an accomplishment when said knife stun is a perfect knife stun.

That, and I refuse t' do bullshit stunlocking with Mute 'n Smoke while abusing Boost Cooldowns. I'm beyond such simple mode strategies at this point, 'n if I weren't I'd have to be ashamed.

Well, that explains everythin'...

Trading for a strange Beggar's Bazooka makes Soldier a more diverse and fun character. Changes the strategy typically used for him. Rocket Jumping's a bit troublesome and impractical since one might run out of ammo quicker, so the shotgun is recommended over gunboats. Feels great to kill classes with it. If only they'd re-release the shotgun now so I can get my hands on it.

Steal the Artifact is my new favorite game mode of all time. Nothin' feels better than givin' the slip to six pursuers for two minutes straight with a few stuns here 'n there, finishin' off with a dramatic taunting exit. Better yet, it lets me actually show off my free runnin' skills. The only other mode where good movement matters is Assassinate, but it ain't like ya ever escape from pursuers in said mode. I'm really saddened StA didn't make it t' AC:III... I can understand why they dropped Escort, but StA is a great game mode.

Also, prestiged.

I'd be happy t' show off my uberlegithax0rz360noscopeheadshotskillz with it any time ya'd like. 'Specially if ya'd offer yourself up as an [STRIKE]opponent[/STRIKE] easy target.

I was like 10 headshots from a golden one then I went into legendary, probably a stupid choice but I was bored of having everything I guess.

New Graphics card obtained and fitted, just waiting on my dumb ass sister bringing in a Windows 7 installation disc so I can drop Win7 on my comp and stick in the installation disc and BANG! First proper gaming PC. Not a spectacular one but one none the less.

Congratulations on joining the master race. What games are you playing for your first run on it?

Congrantz

Funny story cuz this one has a better processing unit at 2.5GHz quad core and my newer computer has a 3GHz duo core. A duo core at 3GHz is more then enough for what I play though and I should be able to run most (if not all) my games at max settings if this is fitted correctly.

Probably stress test with Skyrim on max settings because it's the most demanding game I have. After that i'll probably just play everything except the demanding games on high settings.

As for first game I never really thought about it, probably whatever comes to mind. Maybe Killing Floor or Team Fortress 2. I'll be able to expand my library through this though.

Maybe you should try playing Borderlands 2 on it now

You'd love for me to play it with you lol. I'll do it on some accepted terms if you wanna hear them.

They patched most of them
and I never ran into them

First playthrough is good by yourself or with friends.
Second playthrough, you NEED people. The difficulty is huge.
