The Post-Game Thread (now with moar games!)

You expect me t' read a gigantic wall of text about The Room? **** off bro.

I wasn't expecting it to get this bad of reception (...or lack of people actually caring). This is exactly why I didn't post it on BMGf yet. :/

Humorous as ya were, there's only so much one can do with The Room. 'Sides insult it.

I suppose.

I think this Wii U touchpad is pretty slick, actually. I haven't used it much yet, as I just got the system set up, but it's neat. Time to try Nintendoland singleplayer for the first time.

Ninty Land is still fun without multiplayer, but nowhere near as much. Though I do prefer Battle Quest single player.

Still alive on Day 123, liek a bawse. As the wiki predicted them ten-hound bombardments are utterly impossible t' win with just armor and a weapon, even if they're the top tier gear. As I predicted, my fortress of traps utterly slaughtered the bastards with poor ol' Wilson only receiving a few bruises. Didn't even complete the trap-fort fully, what I set up was still more than enough.

It's just as the Don't Starve veterans have always said; the game is too easy once ya've got everything figured out. You can never get complacent or you'll starve in the winter, or do somethin' stupid like traveling any time besides the same day you fended off hounds (since they'l come get ya as soon as three days, it's suicidal to explore 'til the very moment after you've kill 'em), but once ya have a base as well-established as mine is, you're set. A few small mistakes here 'n there aren't very big like they can be early-game. Speakin' of traveling at the wrong time, I actually got caught in the middle of a trip to the pigmen village up North when the hounds attacked. Had a 4/5 chance they wouldn't attack so soon, but nope... =/ Regardless, I smartly improvised and temporarily recruited a few pigmen to deal with 'em while I just dodged their bites.

Anyways, I finally got my bee farm up 'n runnin'. Honey is the perfect crock pot supplement since it won't perish for a long while and can be used t' make real nutritious dishes like honey ham, so I regret not makin' one sooner; and I wish I did since the farm was finished the moment snow was fallin' and my bees were done producin'. ._.; Also made four more pig houses t' accompany the other one I made in the summer.

Also, a Treeguard scared the livin' **** outta me when I was choppin' some wood to stoke the campfire. Unexpected boss mob (green spy) in the base was unexpected. Luckily I had a few pine cones on me, so I calmed it down 'fore it could slice me in half. I know right where it is, so there're some living logs just waitin' to be harvested. :D Don't need 'em right now, but that'l make crafting every single recipe so much easier when the time comes... gotta take it out anyways since if I chop a tree near it, it'l try 'n murder me.

Nintendoland is pretty fun. Not counting that time back with my irl friends a while ago, I've only been able to play the single player games so far. I like Pikmin, Yoshi, Metroid, Zelda, the ninja star game...I have yet to try the Game and Watch game, but I wasn't a fan of the DK game at all, maybe it'll grow on me later. I'm neutral towards the F-zero and Balloon Fighter game, but I can see myself getting to like them.

I've just started and completed Donkey Kong Country in a single run. Will definitely do it with 2 tomorrow. Will use cheats for the coins though, as I always have.

The G&W one is just a dumb ol' rhythm game. Can't stand 'em.

Balloon Fighter 'n Yoshi Cart are meh for me. Thoroughly like all the rest.

Sweeeet, I can play Nintendoland when I get back from work, courtesy of the touchpad earbud plug in. Glorious, I normally wouldn't be able to do that since my parents get to sleep too damn early. I love the gamepad, [strike]it's so bad.[/strike]

Got passed my first "boss" fight Dark Souls. Now onto skeleton knights. It plays vaguely like Monster Hunter, which is excellent.

Unfortunately, this game has the worst case of consolportitis I have ever seen.

GGs to Tragofsmash.

... But srsly, does MR run into F-smashes even half as often as I do? ;_;

Got a superawesomeMLGprolegit new high score for playin' solo Hardcore Wolfpack: 62,025. That's pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.

Turns out I wasn't supposed to head into the skeleton knight area yet. The zombie guys are much easier to handle. Mediocre so far. Though I can see the potential if I keep going.
