The Post-Game Thread (now with moar games!)

Practice makes perfect. When I was a newbie I certainly struggled t' "tilt Smash" as I call it, D-air without fast falling, etc. You'll get a consistent light touch if ya keep at it; 'sides, completely missing with Meta's Dash attack is much safer than throwin' out D-smash the wrong way.

GGs to Mr. Missile. <3 Weegee dittos and all their wavedashing glory.

Also, I really want t' play through Okami again. But this time with rosary beads banned 'sides the first one. Really didn't use Reflectors and 'specially Glaives enough.

Why do ya think I was doin' so well with DK? 'Cause he's so bloody simple like Bowser, or because of dat range?

Blighttown how I loathe thee. If I was playing with a controller, i'd have thrown it. Still, it's humorous playing as a party of three and seeing everyone get poisoned/bashed/eatenalive/falltotheirdeath.

Moar Don't Starve. Started up a new world and proceeded t' die from carelessness, tried again, same happened. All of the fails. But on attempt three I've stuck through my first Winter without a problem, this time not dyin' from a stupid mistake or foolish risk. Onto Day 46, and I've already a base just as impressive as the one I have in my 120+ Day world; but even more effective now that I know some'a the finer tricks of the survival trade.

Did have an easy start though. Found my ideal savanna on Day 4 with a pig village nearby via the road up North, swamp for reeds and tentacle spikes to the West, Bees and ponds to the south (where I spawned), spider dens everywhere for silk farming, and I even got a meat effigy in place on my second week. Although there ain't many Beefalo, everythin' else about the location is pretty ideal. So good that I already have the free time and resources to go exploring for loot, namely graveyard stuff. Gotta find some gears and red gems.

Also hunted the hunter MacTusk and gots me his tusk, so I have that there godlike walking cane. I really hope the update comin' out real soon doesn't give it durability... wouldn't want t' live without that 25% speed boost. It'd be like takin' away the bike in RBY.

Asscred 2 raises a lot of questions
How can he mingle when he stands out so much?
Why dont he use a bow to take people out from a distance?
Why does it have to load a city every damn time I go to it, along with another loading screen to load that and a loading screen to load the loading screen?
If they want something from the past why dont they hack it all to give him powers to change things?
Why cant he tell the bards to "Do one"?

Magic.

Why dont he use a bow to take people out from a distance?

Both assassins from 1 and 2 were s'posed to have a crossbow, but it was removed from the final design of both games. Crossbow does show up for the next two games, then in AC:III it gets replaced by an actual bow. And other ranged weaponry.

Ubisoft.

Plot (device) stuff explained in the beginning of Assassin's Creed 1.

Why cant he tell the bards to "Do one"?

I sincerely hope the Quelaag is the last mandatory reason to ever visit Blighttown again. Once I finally manage to kill it, I'm getting the hell out. Had to travel out of there just to buy more anti-poison herbs because the water is toxic, which covers mostly everything at the bottom of the area.
