Aye, that ya can. When loggin' in, you should see a "forgot your password?" link you can click, or somethin' like that. If you no longer have the e-mail your new password will be sent to, ya can contact an admin via "Contact Us", seen at the bottom of any page. Ask for the password of your old account, make sure ya mention what the account's username is, and you'll probably get it.
... But I'd imagine ya won't get it without proof it's indeed your username. Your IP Address is different than it used t' be (there's no record of your current IP bein' used on another account), so changin' back to said IP should be proof enough.
