will these forums surge again?

when pokemon platnium releases will these forums return to havin hundreds of users online, new threads and watnot?
just kinda eerie how this section died off as compared to other pkmn forums.

Platinum isn't going to be the forum-changer Brawl was.. It might attract a few more players, but I'd say 90 % of them will find their way to an actual pokemon-dedicated site(89% of those people going to serebii..).
