about NES games on wiiU virtual console

nes games played on the wiiU gamepad and tv look faded and/or dim. Has anyone noticed that?

snes games look great though.

i have some NES games on my 3ds and those look terrific. very bright and crisp.

ok, i just compared it to the wii virtual console too and NES games look much brighter and better on the wii as well!

ugh, anyone else totally notice it?

S'pose it's the same with the 3DS and DS games. They scale mighty poorly.
