Burn gams without mod chip?

I really need to know if there is a way to burn a GCM file or ISO file to a mini DVD and run it on my new GCN, without modding the damned thing.
The emu's out their SUCK for FPS rate.

I just want a free copy of SSBM sense my friends was stolen >___>
