Can some help me out in Zelda :TP please!

ok i havent played my Wii in a 2 days because my older brother wanted to borrow it. unfortunely my brother played my file in twilight princess and I'm one of those guys that like to stick to the storyline and know whats going on. so know im stuck with 3 monkeys in like this altar or something and I dont know what to do and theres all these tree trunk door thingys.

you're in the first temple..
im past that and cant exactly remember what to do exactly...at that point bu ti know you need to find other monkeys..

and the weird spider lookin things that come out of the holes...explode..
so keep that in mind if you find any paths blocked by boulders

Your suppose to have 4 monkeys. Then you can cross the bridge with the rope

ok so i found the last monkey and killed that big spider thats guarding the monkey and theres two wooden platforms i cant get onto! how do i go up to get the monkey?!
