Even in Platinum OU Gen 4, Scizor ain't that high of a denominator good sir. I somehow doubt he's broken in Gen 5, if that's what you're gettin' at.

About the scizor thing, let me explain...
130 Base attack / bullet punch = priority and 40 base power / technician boosts that base power to 60 / STAB boosts that to 90 / steel gem boosts that to 135 / and if you get the chance for 1 sword dance... 270 base power on a priority!
It's sooooooooo broken. Base attack 130, 135-270 base power, priority.
More base power then hyper beam and no draw back.

Send in fodder -> physical wall with phazing move/Steel resist (ohai Skarm). Problem solved. ... Says the man who never uses walls lol. Scizor is good, but obviously not broken. The only thing broken 'bout Scizor is how angry it makes players who would pull of a successful SDTerrakion sweep otherwise.
