can someone help me? i cannot get past the "enter your name" on the avatar!! it seems that the "a" button on the bike responds to the screen, but i cannot get the alphabet entry to do anything but "aaaaaa"..it wont accept ok and let me play!! what a mess. i have checked all connections, its on cb, have reset everything...i am about to pull hair out!!! would appreciate any help for this old woman trying to get thru this and exercise!!!!
