Haha... some dude said that he hopes the dev doesnt get sued from rockstar or nintendo. He cant be sued unless he makes profit from it without it being registered and patented.

i have seen this happen before if you say it's not a rockstar product and is not affiliated with it

and you don't make money from it

you can't really have much of a problem
