how far away can I place the sensor? (in a front projector screen setup)

My Wii is hooked up to my front HD projector. The screen is
on the opposite wall about 25 feet away. If I place the
Wii's sensor under the screen, will 25 feet be too far away?

yes...

my suggestion is to send you wii to me... and you projector... my living room is far smaller...

p.s. in the manual it covers the distance for the IR and I believe it was 3- 10 feet... not sure tho as I'm in england so wont know for 2-3 weeks
