are there going to be wii games that don't use the wiimote( heheheh sounds like a kid wiht a lisp trying to say remote heheh) and nunchuck? and if there are what controller will they use.

Yes. Racing games are an example where you won't need to use the nunchuck controller and just the Wiimote. There are some specific games that not racing but i can't think of them right now. But you will never use just the Nunchuck controller.
