haha u must bee looking for a small tv unless the money converter site i went to was dead wrong, 199 pounds converts to 196 USD (roughly) and here at a local store that is pretty cheap compared to others you can get at best a 15" hdtv that supports 480p for like 200 dollars is it different pricing there?
