need help about registation at the nintendo.it

hello,as i was trying to create a new account on nintendo.it ,i wrote the pin code of the wii that i bought and by mistake i put an email address ******@hotmail.com and not ******@hotmail.it that it was the right one.when i saw my mistake i made the registration from the start with ******@hotmail.it and the same pin code.the system didn't send me the confirm of the registration in the right one,so i created the ******@hotmail.com to be sure that the code wouldn't be used from another person. so,i have 2 requests of registration with the same pin code and no confirm email. now when i trie to login it gives me "wrong login information".i have sent them 10 email but they dont respond a t the [email protected] .what can i do?pls help!!
